John Evans - 32 Times World Records Holder for Headbalancing from Ilkeston
and Peter Dowdeswell over 309 Guinness World Records for Eating and Drinking from Earls Barton, Northampton.

John is going to balance 300 special healthy low G.I. loafs on his head. Low G.I. bread is ideal for John as he is diabetic and they help to keep his blood sugar levels down. This event is sponsored by Stacy's Bakers of Ilkeston who are donating the bread which is normally 90 pence a loaf to be sold off after the World Record attempt for a low price of 50p per loaf.

Also giving £100.00 to John's charity, The Derby Assosiation for the Blind.

Johns friend from Northampton Peter Dowdeswell is going to attempt 3 or 4 records being sponsored by Stacy's Bakers of Ilkeston, again £300.00
1. record eating over 2 lbs of carrots in 8 minutes
2. setting a custard pie eating record in 1 minute.
3. setting eating cherry tomatoes in 1 minute.
4. Drinking a pint of milk upside, standing on his head...

John is also balancing 6 feet 6 inches bakers man on head rambo can be seen outside Stacy's shop on South Street, Ilkeston. Stacy's are also baking a large cake with the Record Holders Republic logo on it, to auction off.

Peter will be asking for volunteers for his custard pie eating competion. John will give signed T-shirt to the person who wins. Bread will be sold off at 50p per loaf after the show. All money raised will be given to The Derby Assosiation for the Blind after the show. UK Plant Hire are lending John the barriers free of charge both Peter and John are doing this for charity free of charges John has raised over £150.000 this way.
